Still, the disappointments and rejection recently have stung!
Iāll be honest: in the past, my disappointment in myself and my āslow progressā would have wrecked me. Iād spiral into self-doubt, obsess over every detail, or tell myself I wasnāt cut out for creative work.
But now, instead of letting disappointment take me down for days (or weeks), I give myself 20 minutes to move through it.
